III. Participant Liability and Responsibility
- Voluntary Participation: Participation in the Service is entirely voluntary. Clients and Professionals are responsible for their own decisions to engage in professional relationships, and they understand the voluntary nature of their participation.
- Qualifications Verification: Clients are encouraged to independently verify the qualifications, credentials, and licenses of the Professionals with whom they choose to engage. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided by Professionals.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the effectiveness or outcomes of any professional relationship formed through the Service. We are not responsible for the results of therapeutic, consulting, coaching, or counseling sessions.
- Code of Ethics: Professionals are expected to adhere to the ethical guidelines and standards set forth by their respective licensing boards and professional organizations. Any violations of these standards may result in the termination of the Professional’s participation in our Service in addition to their legal and ethical responsibility and liability.
