  2. Self-Assessment: Mentors and Mentees acknowledge that they are responsible for evaluating the suitability of the mentoring or supportive relationship. It is advisable to consult with a qualified mental health professional before participating in the Service.
  3. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the success or effectiveness of any mentoring or supportive relationship formed through the Service. We are not responsible for the outcomes of these relationships.
  4. Code of Conduct: Mentors and Mentees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, inclusivity, and a safe environment. Any violations of this code of conduct may result in the termination of participation in the Service.
  5. Assumption of Risk: Participants understand and assume the risks associated with mentoring and supportive relationships, including but not limited to emotional reactions and the potential for misunderstandings.

IV. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from mentoring or supportive relationships formed through the Service. We disclaim any liability for actions or omissions of Mentors, Mentees, or any third parties involved in the relationships. Participants agree to release us from any claims, demands, or liabilities.

V. No Professional Advice

The Service does not constitute professional mental health, counseling, or therapy advice. Participants are encouraged to seek advice from qualified mental health professionals when necessary.
